Finn Church Aid, an organization dedicated to supporting people in need, sought to enhance its relief distribution efforts in Kenya and Somalia. The challenge was to develop a web-based Beneficiary Management System to improve the monitoring and evaluation of aid distribution, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
Finn Church Aid collaborated with Indepth Research Institute (IRES) to develop a comprehensive Beneficiary Management Database. This system aimed to centralize beneficiary information, streamline data collection, and enhance the monitoring and evaluation of relief distribution.
Key Outputs
The implementation of the Beneficiary Management Database significantly improved Finn Church Aid's ability to manage and monitor its relief distribution in Kenya and Somalia. The centralized system enhanced data accuracy, operational efficiency, and accountability, ensuring that aid reached the intended beneficiaries more effectively.
