Study Tours

What we offer

A study tour is a unique travel experience that combines learning with travelling. The area of study that you are interested in exploring will determine how the tour is organized. For example, tours focusing on business study will see you visiting international corporations to learn directly from global experts. Art and architecture tours will see you travel with experts in their field and will give you the opportunity to explore the world’s architectural icons first hand whilst getting to meet and talk with international architects.

IRES organizes benchmarking and study tours across a broad range of disciplines, from business, architecture, film, engineering, health sciences and sport to name a few.  We also have a range a cultural and language tours.

The academic content of these tours can either be put together by you or we can organize it for you in conjunction with our in house academic experts.

IRES also has a series of ready-made study tours that we can set up for you.  Our Study Tours are targeted at University students, secondary students, professionals, corporates and groups of individuals who may be interested in a specific subject area that they are seeking to expand their knowledge on.

How to plan for your tour

IRES is here to help you get started with planning your tour.

Remember to allow sufficient time for planning and enlightening your members on the tour objectives, benefits and itinerary. We recommend a lead time of six months (at minimum) to a year or more. This has been proven to produce the best results and will allow members to adjust the itinerary and plan their calendar and budget accordingly.
